Tunze Wavebox making high pitch noises and not working

Hi,
I awoke today to find my wavebox not running, and something (I believe the rectangular metal box) emitting a high pitch beeping noise. I unplugged it, and when I plug it back in, it still emits the sound and won't work. What should I do?

that means the pump is stuck... maybe a snail crawled in? its the alarm telling you the impellar is jammed.

Either the prop is broken or jammed, check that the motor isn't seized with calcium if it has been run for more than about 4 months this is likely the scenario and it just needs to be cleaned. Please follow the stickied thread at the top of the forum on cleaning.

I opened it up today and found the propeller had broken off
Where can I get a replacement/is this covered by warranty?

Please PM me with an address. Normally a broken prop is caused by impact and not a warranty issue but I will cover it this time.
