Updated photos of Rod's Onyx; 8/23...

Hey Matt...

I've been told that when it comes to food frozen mysis and brine are mainly fillers. So get a food that has other things in it as well or add something to the mysis.

It's free advice so take it for what it's worth!

Craig,
Do you have to use a fan to cool it down? I have the same thing that I am setting up. I have not have a thermometer yet so I don't know the peak temperature yet. How hot does your tank get without the fan?

I live in Georgia and a month ago it was VERY hot here. My tank reached 81-82 degrees so I went out and bought the Hawaiian Breeze from Target for like $9. What I did was took a piece of acrylic and sat it over the rear of the tank, directly above the compartments in the rear, and the fan sits there. It DOES NOT stay on and I only turn it on for a little while if the temp gets into the 80's. But most of the time my temp stays anywhere from 76 - 78 degrees. In fact, in the fall and winter it's hard keeping it warm. I hope this answered your question.

I just picked up a pair of clownfish from rod about two weeks ago. They swim upside down a lot...is this normal behavior for these fish?
BTW, those are some really nice fish...I hope mine develop like those.
