Urgent help with Ritteri Magnifica Anemone!

I tried to save this (what could be a beautiful NEM) from Petco. I have always liked this Anemone. So there he was in really bad shape. Mouth wide open, deflated, simi hurt foot, etc. I couldn't help but to buy and try to revive him.

So the first day he did really bad from the move and new tank etc. Second he started to do a little better. Third day he looked horrible again. Fourth day he was looking pretty decent and seemed to enjoy my T5's and flow. Today he's going down again. Nearly dead at this point.

If anybody that owns or has owned or knows what would help this fellow, please chime in. I would really like to see him recover. I've been trying to feed him PE Mysis daily. Currently, his mouth is wide open and he's looking horrible. Any help would be really appreciated. Here are a few horrible pics of him on day 2 and on.

2nd day

Today

Yeah while the company I posted got me the meds within a few days if you can get a vet to sign off on it quickly that's best. You want to start treatment ASAP.

Print out a bunch of information on cipro treatment in anemones and take it with you just in case. Can't hurt to have evidence to support your case.

I met a guy on my local board at the LFS. He gave me 10 500mg cipro. I cut them in 1/2 and then dosed 1/2 of that (125mg) because he's in a 5 gallon QT.

I definetly will. As soon as I get back home, I'll post an updated pic. Here is the NEM just after puting in QT and starting treatment.

Looking horrible. Treatment started at 9:00pm wed night.

Did you put up some kind of barrier to protect the anemone from walking into a pump or heater? I would strongly advise this.

I'll put eggcrate, he was so sick I wasn't too worried last night.

Update:
10:30am Thursday- after 1st night of Cipro treatment.

Looking better!

When he is sick, that is when you need to worry. He may let go his footing and if this happen, he will follow the low and get puree by the pump. When the are well, they won't let go.

Boy what a difference a day and meds make, I'm surprised it looks that much better already from first post.

But remember these things cycle. I've had a mag look awful in the evening, much better the following morning, and then awful again that afternoon.

Key is to keep up the treatment for a full 7 days!

Oh yeah I agree, and I'm sure this one may deflate again on and off, but those first pics looked pretty close to hopeless, this is a pretty good sign at least, and agree, keep going.
