waiting for the FedEx guy...

I'm just killing time, waiting for my delivery from Phishy Business to get here. I swear, everyone in the neighborhood is getting deliveries today--DHL and UPS have been through already. I keep jumping up to check everytime I hear a truck or van go down my road. LOL, it's like Christmas!

LOL, I'm waiting for FedEx as well! Live rock from Dr. Foster Smith, and corals from Dr. Mac and Sons. Delivery time almost here!

Should be there soon!:D

On FedEx vehicle for delivery -

Let me know how it turns out.

aka: Phishy

Serdar, I'm anxious to see! I keep refreshing the fedex tracking page--like it's going to say something new. LOL. I'll update you as soon as they get here.

I ordered a plate coral (with babies!) and a rock with several sun polyp colonies on it. I'd been looking locally, but couldn't find either of them (my LFS never has healthy stock anyway). When I made the road trip to Terre Haute, I couldn't convince Inland to part with their budding plate coral. Most of my stuff I order online b/c the shipping is equivalent to what I'd spend in driving time and gas to go to a decent store (at least an hour one way). I've bought from Phishy one other time--nice stuff!

What is everyone waiting on deliveries? Im waiting on ups to deliver my accessories for my tek light from reefgeek....I wish they would hurry up:)

WOO! FedEx just came! It most certainly is Christmas time-you guys should check out the size of this live rock box!

I've got the drip lines going to get them acclimated. They look great! The fungia cluster is much bigger than I expected, one baby decided to leave the nest on the way here. The sun polyps look good too. I see a decent sized mini-brittle star hitched a ride, too (I love those little guys!). I'll post more pics once they're in the tank and the tank lights come on later.

Edited to fix a grammatical oopsey. ;) Too excited to type, I guess.

Serdar is one heck of a guy. I have never once been disappointed when I have been to his store or the frag swaps that he attends. I got several nice corals and my wife got a clam from him at a frag swap last weekend.

i feel so left out :( oh well, in April i'll be starting my first tank so then i can order :D by the way, how bright of a light do plate corals need?
