When does a DD fish typically arrive at your house

My order arrived today at 11:30. UPS is always late for me.

Unfortunately I cannot trust UPS here to actually deliver a package on time so DD/LA is sadly off my list of places to shop for livestock
.For example, they have been dropping off thousands of dollars of medical supplies to my house for 2 years once a month. Problem is... they are for a house a block away. They also drop stuff randomly over there. I've been threatening to put it all in a dumpster for about 6 months now, maybe I need to make it a promise.

The ups guy walks up tonight as I am coming in from the store. "Is this XXXX"
I replied "St or Ct" He said st so I told him to bring it on over. I stop him half way with the big medical boxes and said look at the sticker...
He says "Dang it says CT, my paperwork says ST"
I said yeah, see if you can fix that for me, because nobody in your office will listen to me.
Unfortunately LA switching to ups is a no go for me. I sent them a message to confirm this is the case.

I just wish I could get my old ups driver from where I used to live. He would roll my race car tires around to the backyard because he knew I was at work or would bring my fish first thing because he knew I was at home from work waiting.
Luckily the guy who tosses fish no longer delivers this route, doesn't resolve the glitch that they take stuff to the wrong house all the time. Clearly not LA's fault but it is their problem since they own it for 15 days. Maybe I just have to get that QT tank at work setup and do it all there... I've already been given the go ahead.

My last order like 2 weeks ago was like 10:30-11 I think.

Confirmed with LA that they are shipping UPS
They said to call them when placing an order and ask to have it held at a local facility. This is probably best for people who have ups show up at 6pm as well.
