Which LEDs

Im looking at 2 different fixtures..

Radion XR15w Pro - 449.00

CC-120p Programmable Full Spectrum Auto Dimming LED Panel - 319.99

Which one would you pick and why?

I like the size of the XR15w, pretty stellar from the reviews. What I like about the CC-120p is that I have actually seen them in action and have heard nothing but good things about the people who make them.

My vote goes to the radion, and for the same reason you were leaning towards the cc-120p, I've seen them in action and have it running on one of my tanks!
