Which MH temp rating is best for anemones??

I am either upgrading to a 250 MH or replacing my 150 MH bulb. Wondering which I should get. I suppliment with t5's so color is not that big of an issue. I understand the lower the K rating the yellower the light but have higher par. Right now I am using 10,000K but wondering if it would be better for the health of my anemones to go with the 6700K.
Any input is welcome here.

I wouldn't go with a 6700K build, would be way too yellow for my tastes, and I think most other people's too.

Which tank is this for?

For me, in my 58 mine are under 2*250 20Ks. In my 75 using 2*250 14K bulbs, but they are the Phoenix bulbs which are fairly blue. In both cases the anemones are doing great.

I am upgrading my 37 to a 50. It will house several rbta and a pair of clowns. I have a couple very large leathers I am keeping because I have had them for a long time and they're too big to put elsewhere. I have T5's with 1-10,000K 1-atinic, could switch out to 2 atinic's for color. If you recomend 14K, thats what I'll get.
I just didn't know if the 6700 would be better for the anemones health.

If you go with a 250 watt bulb, you will be able to use any color temp that you like the best --- really don't think it will effect the anemones at all (( assuming proper light acclimation when you do that upgrade )). Perhaps try to see different bulbs -- in person -- before you make your final choice.

I really want to go with the 250, I think it would make the most sense to upgrade right away. I will check out the 14K, thanks : )

Cool. Do you know if you are going with DE or SE? (( Actually either way doesn't matter )), since you are fairly close to me could let you have a few of my older bulbs to give you an idea of what they look like to your eyes.

I have recently ordered the 150 watt halide from fishneedit with the 14 k bulb. I have heard that the bulb they send out is not the best quality so i am going to switch it to the 14k phoenix.

This matter is settled, thanks Toddrtrex
Thanks to everyone else who gave my thier opinions
I a very appreciative : )
