AMEN on the xenia! That's one coral I wish we would have never gotten. It will take over in a heartbeat and grow right the heck over your other corals -- if you let it - I am constantly "mowing" it down....
And some people can't grow them. They are like a weed in our tank....

way to go bangkokMatt--finally get to see your whole tank--I've seen alot of the bits and pieces in a few posts or so:eek1:
the tank is awesome---I was just commenting on flow----when you look at your surface area--that's the way it should be

That pink xenia isn't so bad. Grab it with a reef tweezers and it peels right off. Just have to stay on top of it, because otherwise, it's really really pretty.
Nice looking tanks, folks!

Totally agree on the Xenia; it really is a cool coral. But it does grow and it needs to be cut back if you will. It's competing with other corals in my tank now so it's being kept in check if you will by other tank mates
If you really want to eradicate Xenia I hear fluke tab will do the trick!

I haven't heard of fluke tab - what is it?
