Why are my sps turning brown?

I have a 150 gallon with two Lumenax Pendants, Phoenix HQI driven by a Bluwave 7.

My pinks and purples have been turning brown for a few months now and my blues look sort of green. Everything is growing great but color is yuck!

Time for new bulbs perhaps? Time for different bulbs?

They're about 9 months old now.

For me the brown was caused by excess nutrients. If that isn't your problem then try adding some amino acids. I use Kent Marine Coral Accel since its way cheaper than other products.

I'm going to recheck my nutriets although my nitrates only hover a little over 0 ppm...say 2-4 ppm.

Amino acids...huh? So perhaps I'm lacking amino's? Never heard of this...guess I'll look into it. Thanks!
