World's Biggest Gramma?

Some of you have seen our mutant gramma. Scary thing is - he's gotten bigger. He's now as big as our flame angel (which is full grown) and bigger than our juvenille raccoon butterflyfish. He's pretty much the biggest thing in the tank.

Frightening, no?

Anybody got one larger?

:D

Freed i use photobucket . com
i upload them
then thiers 3 lines under each picture.
copy and paste the third line to your reply.

its free too.

angel I had one that was huge for a long time. I think if I remember right it was about 4 inches and fat as .... . it was caught in the keys by a friend and in captivity for 8-10 years. I now have 2 juveniles that get along great and once in a while can be seen darting in and out of the same hole. it's pretty cool from what moe says they breed more than rabbit's.

As promised...a picture of 'the world's largest gramma' with the raccoon butterflyfish and our full-grown Ocellaris for a comparison.

Still don't know what you are referring to. You upload what? What is it you are referring to me about?

freed you take the picture on your digital camera.
then you download it to your computer.
what ever folder that you download it too is the one that you will upload it.
go to the website and sign up for photobucket .com ... its free

then at the top right hand corner their is a button that says browse. click it...
then wherever you have the photo stored on your computer is where you go.. {most likely the folder that says my pictures.}
then click upload...
after it uploads...click on the 3rd line under the picture..

No, I wasn't trying to post a picture. I know how to do that. There is an image that goes with the saying "This Thread is Worthless Without Pictures" but I don't know where to find it or how to post it.

of course I look for the smallest fish possible for my tanks,

I hear ya. This is one of those 'beware of teh intarweb' situations. We ordered him from Dr. Mac about a year ago when he was selling tank-raised grammas. Since almost all tank-raised fish are sold as juevenilles I didn't ask specifically how *big* he was. Imagine my shock when a 4+" gramma came to my door. Best I can figure he was probably part of a breeding program someone tore down.

At least I have a 125 for him.

:)

my gramma in my 125 slept in a dead flower pot coral, right in the center of the tank, in full view, next to where I fed every night!
