Worm's 180 build

Man that hippo has grown since the first day you got it. But that worm just doing its thing between the rocks just scares the bejesus out of me. Also you are obsessed with the worm. That nassaurius snail was like "yo worm I'm not having that". That carpet ain't no joke. Is the foot inside of a PVC pipe? Was that a pom pom crab on the carpet?
Straight into the sand and connected to the glass on the bottom. The sand there is about 4 inches. That is a anemone crab. Porcelain Anemone Crab -- (Neopetrolisthes ohshimai)

HAHA... That is just a few of the worms, You should see all of them, and I am just showing you the ones on the front side.

The red haddoni has grown A LOT in a short amount of time. You must feed him often. I wanted to see the big ritteri (sp?) Since I don't have the room in my tank I enjoy it by watching yours.
I feed it every 3-4 days right now swordfish, scallop, shrimp. I feed the Ritteri LTA and Haddoni the same type, just different sizes. Someone moves my live webcamera and it ends up on the ritteri sometimes.

I think it is the mag that you have not the ritt. So many anemone types I forget which one is which. I'll just call it the big one on top
Yes I have a Ritteri/MAG not to be confused with a GIG.

I thought they were one in the same.

Heteractis magnifica
Heteractis magnifica, also known by the common names magnificent sea anemone or Ritteri anemone.
You are correct kind sir, thanks.

Thanks Leroy. I learned something new today.
From who? Him? HAHAHAHA

Great vid. Would like to see some FTS views to put things in perspective.

Thx

This work?

Yes, that's great, thx, but I meant within the video; sort of zoom out for big picture, zoom in for each close-up. It shows how everything goes together that way.

Dave.M

It does. I get so impatient waiting for the 5 seconds after a pull out, so that people do not get dizzy. LOL.

I will try later this week or weekend.

Anything in particular to see? Trying to add a little bit of spice to the videos.

Thanks for the comment and followup!

That is the same FTS I did a few weeks ago, I jsut shrank it a bit so it did not scroll of the screen as bad.

Which "these" are you asking about? The white mushroom-like lumps on the rocks in the first scene or the copepods on the glass?

Dave.M

I put the questions in the video discription.. sorry.

1 looks like a form of GSP
2 looks like a different type of copepod or maybe its an isopod
3 is a gorilla crab.

I am looking for a thread. Somewhere there was a thread that talked about a guy/family that went to the south pacific to an island tour. Each night was on a different island.

Not real bad priced.

I just can not remember the tour or the person.

Any ideas for those that have a better memory than I do today.

Three I think my just be a red/strawberry Emerald crab a gorilla crab looks a lot different. They are fuzzy with sharp claws evil beady eyes. I had one sneak in on some live rock and for a long time could not figure out why snails would disappear so fast in my old frag tank.

Ahh yes I remember now it is a Emerald Crab.

Thanks!

Well this Saturday is my turn at being host to a roving group fellow saltwater owners.

We started this roving visitation about 5 months ago. It is pretty neat to be able to go visit another tank, bringing your own test kits / camera / par meter / ideas, and have a good time.

We sit back and get a overview of the tank, equipment and everything, and then start in with questions, ideas, comments, stories, fish stories, and more. Yeah it may seem strange at first to allow a stranger in your house, and then to see how your tank works, and then to actually take ideas from that person... LOL..

Like I said it is my turn this Saturday. Wish me luck... LOL

Ohhh the camera will be active so if you want to see then take a look about 2pm (eastern.)

I can crank up a google hangout if we need. LOL

What am I talking about.. no one reads this thread.
