Worm's 180 build

@jacobB89 -- I am south of DC on the Maryland side.

@Vair--Thanks. I sure am hoping it will.

Tonight I got 25+ pounds of Tonga Branch. I am going to arrange it in the tank and place the new frags appropriately. (I think with my eyes closed maybe)

I also got a new little friend.

I like the music I picked out for it, if there is only water sound let it finish splicing it and watch it again.

How long have you had flatworms? I've always liked the look of this nudibranch but they don't usually live that long. They do eradicate flatworms though.

Humm since I got that elegance. I dipped everything but that, as I was worried that it would not make it through dipping and kill it.

It should start running the tank and kick them all out. So I do not think it will dies this week.

Those flat worms look huge compared to any I've had in previous tanks, are they large or is the video messing with my size perspective?

It is messing with prospective. I did not even see the non brown ones when I look with the eye.

The brown ones you can see but not detail like that video showed you, especially in full screen, and high deff. Try that and see what you think.

I actually got it straight from stenner.

I have not put it in yet, as I need to make the stand for the dual 200 gal storage units.

Once this is done the stenner will be in place and working.

I already got the piping needed for it.

Well tonight I fed the anemones some scallop.

The mag got 2 pieces and everything else got one.

The rbta had already retracted for the night and did not eat.

Basic feeding and really no maintenance tonight. Been working on and checking on the new GIG.

Tomorrow I am changing out and replacing the Carbon and GFA.

Might add a second carbon just to take care of the mag vs gig effects.

OK Sorry it has been a bit.

The gig did not make it.

I moved the camera that was watching the gig to the 120.

There is quite a bit of stuff in the 120 for you to look at.

Which one? The axis (where you do not have to login) is the better of them.

The other one I got first, then upgraded to the axis. While it has a IR emmitter built in. There is really no control, zoom, focus, like the axis has.

Thanks. I like to look when I am away or stuck somewhere. Just to see how calm and coolk things are. LOL

The LTA last night was looking rather large. Thought I would share.

Sorry to hear about the gig. Do you think it was because of shipping or maybe doomed before you got it?

In looking back it is possible that it already had something prior to me getting it. If this is true then introduction too early would have been detrimental to my entire system.

As many of use have stated it is important to point out that a proper QT regiment, with out shortcuts, can prevent a total system collapse.

As this anemone was wild caught the aspect of certain disease elements would have been weeded out in a normal captive kept anemone. This is why the QT of the Gig could have proved proof positive to a problem, which is why it did not make it.

While I am sad that it did not make it, I am happy that it did not create problems else where in my system. There were many times that I wanted to put it in the following day, but listened to the others and decided to agree with them and to err with caution and keep it in the QT.
