My worst experience with an online vendor to date has got to be with Champion Lighting, hands down. Shipment arriving two weeks after I ordered and paid (not even AquaticEco takes that long to ship, cross country
), had to fight to even get a tracking # from Champion, then when the order finally arrived it was missing the highest $$ item I had ordered (and paid for), and everything showed it as having been shipped ?!?! I will avoind Champion like the plague in the future. Even calling up a week and a half after I ordered trying to get a tracking number and they treated me like I was "bothering" them with some worthless task (and no, it was not available on their web site, they even admitted over the phone that the order would likely never change status from "Processing" to "Shipped" on the web). Then they couldn't be bothered to Email me the tracking, so I had to scurry to get a pen and pad to write it down (I guess I am just a techie, I prefer elctronic media
). It was likely "worthless" to them since they had already had my money for over a week, so their interest in me had waned significantly.
