Worst online vendor experience with ChampionLighting

My worst experience with an online vendor to date has got to be with Champion Lighting, hands down. Shipment arriving two weeks after I ordered and paid (not even AquaticEco takes that long to ship, cross country :)), had to fight to even get a tracking # from Champion, then when the order finally arrived it was missing the highest $$ item I had ordered (and paid for), and everything showed it as having been shipped ?!?! I will avoind Champion like the plague in the future. Even calling up a week and a half after I ordered trying to get a tracking number and they treated me like I was "bothering" them with some worthless task (and no, it was not available on their web site, they even admitted over the phone that the order would likely never change status from "Processing" to "Shipped" on the web). Then they couldn't be bothered to Email me the tracking, so I had to scurry to get a pen and pad to write it down (I guess I am just a techie, I prefer elctronic media :)). It was likely "worthless" to them since they had already had my money for over a week, so their interest in me had waned significantly.

Absoltuely the worst experience.

I'd ship everything back and get a refund or cancel the order for the highest $$ item. If they say they shipped it, just don't accept the shipment and it'll get returned. Then get the credit card company involved and get your money back.

Andy, I already accepted the shipment, since I didn't know that the item in question wasn't packed. To complicate matters I recieved 2 shipments today totally 4 boxes, so I didn't know right off how many were from them and how many from the other shipper. One benefit is that the UPS report of the shipping weight is proof that they didn't ship the one item in question (it was a heavier item). I will see what they have to say when I can talk to a supervisor tomorrow (one was not "available" this afternoon).

I had a similar experience with them and will never order from them again. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with as well.
 
The second package showed up today... all is well, but the whole thing just left me with a bad taste overall.
 
I did, but the mods removed it. I was pretty direct to the point and very angry at the time over the whole situation. I'm surprised that this one hasn't been removed yet.
