Would like an ID on these

I have no clue what they are. As seen in the pictures, they have a bright orange skirt, neon green mouth, and some slight orange lines on their face. Any guesses?

I've checked out ID sites, but none come any closer than saying they resembled the V-Day Massacre. Mine have bright green mouths.

A lot of the PE's all have the Bright Green mouth. Watermellon marking when they close up. Also a lot of the bright oranges palys have been coming in a lot. Wild colonies.

I'm not really up to par on the zoa/paly lingo, so can you tell me what "PE" means? I'm trying to figure out their name in case I want to frag them off in the future, but that may be forever from now. I've had them a few months and there's only three. The guy that I got them from (Chris - Reef Koi out here in Colorado Springs) didn't even know what they were.
