We took T5s off Stephans system and tossed some VHOs on top and wow the colors looked so good from that change that I went out and picked up a 660 within a week and am wiring up some VHOs myself right now.

I havent been real happy with my T5s either....I was thinking hard about going back to VHO..

I have heard that URI (UV) has a new T5 Actinic and am going to get a few to see how they look first.

I might just add 2 Vho actinic to the mix to see before I start over again

o2zen, are u going to be running four VHO bulbs with that 660 ballast?? I was thinking of just going with the ARO ballast 220... and running the UV bulbs that Greg is talking about.

Greg, Im on the same page man, not satisfied at all... I heard lots of great stories about the UV bulbs. Thats what Im gonna go with..

Don I have an ARO ballast It says will power up to 440 watts #60-60005 with a couple of end caps no stand offs. You can have for $60. PM me if interested.
