Zeo heads please I need your advice.

LOL. Wake up on the wrong side of the bed this morning? That was a question, not an accusation.

lol I dunno man, every time I post something about Zeovit, ppl start picking on it and trying to change my words ... so yea my bad for being defensive ...

the nutrient processing part of Zeovit, is totally seperate from color enhancers, but the color enhancers only work as described, if system is running with low nutrient levels.

if you are running ulns .. then you can try CV for coloring up coral tissue. Xtra for making coral tissue thicker, and deeper colors. then B-balance to lighten them, specially REDs, and Zeospure2, for lowering Zoox population.

last 2 should only be used if 100% of corals are happy, healthy and showing PE ... overdose can kill corals. the first 2, overdose sign would be brown film algae.

HTH, :)

I may not use a reactor myself. It seems pretty tough to find one for a nano.

Would one still follow all other processes without reactor?

Any issues without reactor?

the system's Efficiency lowers without the use of the stones. but yes, if you go without, u still dose the same.

you could also run the stones in a mesh bag in sump.
back in the days, when I didnt have room in sump for a reactor, I used a regular phosban reactor.

Sorry for the hijack...

I was kind of curious about running these in the media basket in the AIO. Would it be better to run them up higher in the box upstream of the GAC or downstream of GAC?

I've looked at every reactor and the only one that would fit would be the Innovative Marine minimax reactor. Do you know if this would be ok as long as I have proper flow controlled by a gate valve or similar?
