100 gallon build

Ok so for first lesson learned....... wear safty glasses when opening weldon lol. Ricky is fine we got him flushed

Note to the Ladies: DO NOT get your nails done then help put together a acrylic tank. This part went really good

Ok so we welded the acrylic last night and it went fairly well even with the fact that we had to flush weldon out olf Ricky's eyes. I ordered our TEK T5 fixture from reefgeek over the weekend and Reef saver eco rock from BRS. We are so excited to have this project rolling. We are like two kids waiting for Christmas. We are still looking to buy a few things used such as a in sump skimmer, in sump return pump, 55 gallon tank for sump. Looking for suggestion on overflow boxes.

Since the tank is acrylic have you thought about drilling it for overflows or building one on to the back of the tank?

I just got off the phone with Ricky and we are in fact going to drill the tank. Dont we need to have a internal overflow box surrounding the tubes?

The dimensions are 47.5 x 29 x 18 and the acrylic is I believe 3/8
