covered the glass so it does not get anything on it. Top is not done yet and working on in this picture.

Looking very nice. I like the way this is going to look. Just don't have it running before mine !!!

Now that I have some time.. I should come and see the MO-rocks you are going to put in there and grab some for my tank.

Those are some of the best DIY rocks I have ever seen. Hope you will sell them and let others enjoy your beautiful rocks too.

sanjay.

Thanks Sanjay and you know where i live. One more fishing trip before the season will be good too.
The rock frame is done as of yesterday and still working on the pictures to upload them.
Rocks should be in the tank sometimes this week and 70% of it is done.
We gotta get this babe going ASAP and hope yours does not take long because I have learned alot from your system (stand example)..

The best way to start is from the corner.. If you are doing the bottom part start from the top to the floor and the top part from the top of the tank to where you want it.

First let me say..........Wow, just wow. I have loved reading this thread.

I am very interested in the rockwork. I am currently building a tank inwall and like the idea and look of the rock. It doesnt look very thick which is ideal. How did you come up with the idea and how did you find a person who could do it? I would love to have that look around the tank in the basement as if it got wet it wouldnt be ruined like Drywall.

If you could give more info on the rockwork I would appreciate it

Thanks

I take it that part of that top on one of the long sides can swing open? If not, how do you access the far side of the tank? I would hate to be cleaning the glass and the Mag Float gets stuck on the far side.
