you will not have any problem putting the wave box in the rear corner. Since you have the euro brace there is no worry about splashing water.

Dudester/Anthony - I don't have rockwork against my back wall, so I'm OK there. However, just realized that my overflow is on the back wall. Is that an issue?

I doubt it, you should be ok since it's a center overflow and there would be enough room between the wavebox and the overflow to generate the to and frow flow to create a wave. We should get confirmation from someone like Jar*Head, though, or just pose the question to Roger in the Tunze forum.

Jar*Head new nickname (CSWMD) Chinese Super Wave Motion Developer will chime in shortly to tell grasshopper the problem(s) :D

man its getting late, well you have 2 more hours then me? wish i had your time in my zone, i can get more work done :D.

hmmmm who's on earth have the over flow in the front? Every body have the over flow in the back unless you have the peninsula style tank. The only issue with your tank is the sand. The wavebox might create a bold spot on the floor. If you want to keep the sand then after you set it up put some live rock to cover the bold spot.

Bart, man, that's a crazy schedule! I'd love to be your younger kid and have play time at 1 in the morning! Cool Dad! :D

I'm a bit concerned though - I don't see any time left over for showers! :eek1:

yeah i did neglect them about 4 months into the build and now making plenty of time for them. don't you read my current tank setup below my signature, that's where showers are taking place. maybe that explain why nitrate and phosphate are through the roof

HaHa, you're crazy! I need to buy you some aquagloves. That way you can go straight from fishing into your tank!

Anthony, I have an internal overflow cuz I don't have room behind my tank!!

only the Texan reefer have external overflow....all of us California reefer have internal overflow....the wavebox will work with any over flow.

you just crack me up everytime you respond! So what kind of overflow does a New Orleans reefer have?!?! hehe Good to see you back here on the forum. That baby's breath kept you busy today ;)
