Ok so in my 180 I had a tiny sailfin tang and a tiny naso from liveaquaria.

params are:

ph-8.2
a-0
ni-0
na-5
cal-440
mg-1350
al-9.2

He just didn't want to eat... the naso looked awful during quarantine and died there.

the sailfin ate a little but was still looking good. then he passed last night...

why am I having issues with tangs?

I give them seaweed everyday

and feed brine and reef frenzy 1x a day and some other stuff here and there (pellets flakes etc)

In order to give you useful advice, some additional insights into how you do quarantine and acclimation would be necessary. FWIW, tiny tangs have a poor survival rate anyhow, but there also may be some things that you are doing 'wrong'.

^^^exactly what he said^^^

especially the part about tiny tangs shipping very poorly.

Yeah... that's what it seems.

I am going to be getting bigger ones from a LFS and see if that helps. Going with a chevron and a powder blue and that is it.

Consider Diver's Den rather than the regular fish. Way better livestock.

I've never ordered online and I won't unless it's for must must have coral. I'd just go to a LFS to see how they actually are before you purchase them
