PLEASE NOTE: We will have plenty of FREE tables available on the day of the swap for general admission participants. However, these general admission participants will NOT be able to set-up a tank/system, or have electrical access.

Please also remember that the tables supplied to "Early Bird Special" hobbyists are "œnormal folding tables" that will not support a large amount of weight. Please limit the size (weight) of the tanks to 15 gallons or less of water volume (tank size can be larger, but must only contain 15 gallons of water or less). All unsafe set-ups will be asked to be taken down as we want to try and avoid any accidents.

Vendor Admission - $50 for a 4' table space, $80 for an 8' table space, and $40 for each additional 4' over 8'. Vendors are also required to make a minimum donation to the raffle ($50 retail value minimum).

will there be anywhere for someone thats not setting up a display or tank to leave a cooler instead of having to carry around all the time or run back and forth to the car?

We are setting up a table to "rent" 12" square spots for $10/h. And I have no guarantees if and when you pick up the cooler, there will be anything in it ;). Of all the swaps that I have been to, the people that attend are pretty honest and trustworthy. So there should be plenty of space around that you can place your cooler with no worries of wondering hands or eyes. Might want to hurry up and make some friends, so you can ask them to watch your cooler for you.

There will be Approx. (18) 8' tables available for general admission hobbyist's to share.

Tomorrow's the big day.

Doors open at 12:00p for general admission, and the raffle is set to start at 2:30p.

We are expecting an excellent turnout. Just like any other swap the first half hour or so will be a madhouse with people rushing through the door anxious to get set up and start selling. So please be patient and courteous to your fellow hobbyists until everyone gets settled in.

We will have a good amount of open tables available to the general admission hobbyist.

To make things a little easier to locate swappers there will be a "œSwap Map" located centrally at the event. Hobbyists are encouraged to utilize this map by filling your name/username in the slot corresponding your location that you have chosen to "œset-up shop".

Below is an example of what the map may look like.
