Where did you get the rock work from and how did you get it to sick to the wood without it falling off when putting it up?

Hi' its simply a cast schist veneer which is common these days and comes mainly from Asia i believe. craftstone.com
It is simply cut using a grinder with a diamond blade. Then applied using a flexible mortar cement such as Keraflex. If your abit of a, what we kiwis call DIY'r or "Do it yourself" its actually not that hard once you get into it.

Thanks, I thought you can get that from a HomeDepot but I will find a store that specializes in stone when I upgrade in several months.

Wow...great looking tank. The only thing i'm not crazy about is the black canopy and the white doors on the stand...to me it clashes. Such a beautiful custom tank though. Even the rockwork is simple and well done.

Cheers, it is beautiful i wouldnt live anywhere else, plus the weather is very good not to hot not too cold.

really nice setup, and great work. I love the rock, inspiring. I'm looking at my tank and going "hmmm". I have to agree with the other poster though on the white doors and black canopy. Not sure, but maybe even an off white of some sort of tan beisge color that you pull off the rock work. To me the doors just jump out and I'd rather have the tank be the only thing grabbing my attention.
