Response to this thread was to validate a "like" experience with the opener of this thread. I do not believe others who had problems as well made their issues up. My posts were an attempt to ask MD to take a look at these "situations" as I noticed it happened to others besides myself. Mmgm can call all of us liars if he chooses.

Wow.
I can only say that I have used MD for years and never had any trouble with their excellent customer service. I recently had a 3 month old XM bulb go bad and called them. They prorated the bulb, sent me a new one with free shipping, and let me send the bad one back with free shipping. No questions asked other than am I sure that it's bad.
Decent prices and great customer service.
