thanks is still a work in progress......it has been back and forth with all the additions getting everyone in comfortably and living cohesively.....I had to even change up my QTing a little and install another level of checks ....I now am QTing everything for three weeks in cupramine and a week with parazipro then two weeks in another setup unmediated just to observe them and if there is any suspected issues I re QT them a second time .....this came from one of my purple tangs that I ran through the full QTs and two days later he had spots so I had to redo his QT again ....so now I am observing everything that goes in for two weeks after QT just as another level of checks....
 
Everything set in case Hurricane Isac makes landfall this coming Monday anyone else out there have to worry about things like this with a large DT.....

Thank you....my scribbled developed pop eye while in QT and I treated him for over 2 months and he passed while I was on vacation and a friend was watching him ugghhhh.......

the part I wasnt happy with was that I returned late on a wed night and my friend left out on wed night which was fine as his neighbor was going to feed him that night and I would pick him up in his 20gal qt the next day....well the next day came and I called and the father of the girl that was feeding my friends fish and mine said everything was ok but his daughter was working late could I pick up on fri as she had to work the next night too so I said ok just continue the feeding.....he said ok and I called fri night when I called fri night same thing she had to work late could i pick up sat morning she was off I said ok......well sat morning comes I call and say Im on my way and the guy says oh by the way your fish is dead he didnt make it he hasnt been eating well at all all week......I wanted to go through the phone and smack this douch bag.....here I was home wed, thurs, fri, and he says everything is ok and I could have came over late wed and done something to save the fish if I would have known but this moron waits till sat morning then tells me oh sorry by the way he wasnt eating well all week ***.......it wasnt my friends fault but boy I wanted to smack his neighbor......
 
Wow, that really sucks. She was a real beauty. I hated to have to let her go. BTW. Your new tank looks spectacular. Good luck with it!
