6080 and Clicking Noise

One of my 6080's is making a clicking noise. I have them set for 15 minute cycles 7x daily with more that 60 minute resting periods in my FW tank.

I removed the outer cover and all looked well. The propeller looked like new. What do I need to check next?

Does it run in the right direction, it just makes a click occasionally? This wouldn't be that unusual, it could be normal. If it doesn't run correctly or struggles to start the likely culprit are the brake shoes. Either they are worn, the bearing bush which serves as a brake drum is worn or there is some sand or debris caught inside the base of the shaft where the brakes retract that is preventing the brakes from fully retracting.
