A Low Country Reef Tank....one more final upgrade

My internal overflows only extend 6" down from the top! (similar to external box)... they do not take up any room on 'floor' of tank, and do not block light... If any livestock should enter the overflow, I wouldn't even need a net to remove it!

Those sound better then regular ones for sure.

Non fish tank update....finally have some new progress on the house. In the last two days the exterior of the house was painted and the drywall was hung!!!! Stopped by today and was amazed to see about a dozen guys working on it. I guess 80 degree weather in December makes great working conditions!!!!

Coming along really nicely! Congrats

Looks great Steve. Love that porch!

House looks great

Wow now that's great progress. That's a FHS I can look at.

It was definitely nice to turn down the street and see some color on the house. After living in the townhouse for 5 months and not seeing too much progress it was beginning to feel like it will never get done.

House is amazing Steve...must give us a video tour when its done. Both inside and out.

I bet the cost was better than NJ too...

Thanks Mark. I'll see what I can do about the video! The price per sq foot was half of the price per sq ft we sold our house in NJ for not to mention the fact that our property taxes will be approximately 1/5th what we were paying, most important thing"¦..it was 75 on 12/29 and Im still wearing shorts!!!!!

Sweet temps! With those taxes, I'd have an extra 8k a year for my tank...
