I use 90 degree lenses on the A4's and they are 10.5 inches AWL. I would love to get par readings but no meter at my disposal... They have some serious power though, they have bleached a euphilia at the sandbed in a 30" deep. It isnt even close to being under the fixture either, a good 8-10 inches off to the side.

Im not sure how to upload big pictures but i wanted to see what everyonr thinks of this acro, i was given it by a friend when it was tiny because he said it was dying. I put it in my tank and within 3 months it tripled in size.:fun4:

Not the best but i like it

Thanks for more convexa pics Kevin...............the two colony pic colors look a bit different. Does it have pink coralites & red polyps? Or are the polyps more blue/purple.

Either way, that's a sweet piece.

Ya sorry about that. Two different cameras there... Todays photos had a wierd purple haze to them i may have tinkered with a setting.

When I initially got the coral from Darryl, the polyps were dark like black current. They have since turned an orange red colour and green is showing in the base more.

Thanks, im holding out on the fts. I want to make some more additions first. I havent added anything to the tank but I have a few ideas i want to execute.

Thanks man, its not too hard just takes time and a steady hand.

I am a lucky guy! Amanda came home with a powder blue tang and a royal gramma!!!!! I have the best girl in the world hahaha :D
