So I've had a RBTA that is huge for a good while now. It has found a favorite spot and rises from behind the rocks like the sun in the morning. A perfect situation for an over crowded zoa tank. Anyhow I jumped in on a group buy that was advertised on our local forum. GBTA's were on sale from Reef Hot Spot for $25. I grabbed one thinking it would be on the small side. Well its as big as my RBTA. So I introduced him to the tank and guess where he went. Right to the RBTA. Over night he took the RBTA's spot and his paired percs.
I'm sure they touched. Will they fight? Can they remain close.

Nems touching should be no prob(same species anyway)
They will sting other corals though, hope they don't touch that nice stag.

Like "davocean" said, the same species of anemones touching won't be an issue -- and color doesn't matter. Different species on the other hand can/will cause issues.

Those pictures were pre GBTA. My RBTA moved and now he comes out here.

Is he going to kill the green monticap?
Heres the new GBTA

both anemones are different color morphs of the same species (Entacmaea quadricolor) so they should get along just fine HOWEVER (over time) wherever these anemones brush up against SPS they will kill polyps. This may or may not be fatal to a coral depending on many factors.
Your SPS look mint. I'd move 'em. JMO.
