Anemone ID please

Is this a Heteractis Magnifica?

What would you say about it's health? I know you can't see the mouth, but just in general from colour etc.

It is a mag,the color could be better. It needs to be placed high on the live rock and have good flow.These are light hogs.

I have a little 40g breeder i've had set up for about 6 months now, it houses 2 adult cinnamons, was looking to buy this one for them. I'd have to have it shipped to me overnight though.. but it'd have rock placement so it can have a flat surface at the top, flow is about 60x turnover and light is 250w 20k BLV which I can raise or lower depending on how much PAR a 20k would give it?

But the anemone would be right at the top since the tank isn't very deep (15")
