anyone tried to using Jebo WP40?

Sorry should have mentioned it would be through Fish Street. Well I guess I'll be placing my order tonight once I get back from work, fingers crossed I get the new ones!

I just saw on the WP-25 thread that someone who got the new controller ordered from FS.
The question now is going to be are you getting the brand new 1F controller or the new 1D?

Also what happened to the 1E controller. If you follow Fish-Street's updates of the WP-25 page the 1st controller went from 1C to 1D and then the one they just announced on June 12th is the 1E.

It's just not as convenient to use as the old feed button. But then I wasn't crazy about the 10 minute delay anyway. I'd rather have the food settle and spend some time with the corals, like 30-60 minutes.

I'm still waiting for more info on the WP25 controller and stock situation. The vendor I deal with is having real issues dealing with Jebao. They won't give straight answers and even hung up on them when they hit 5pm in China. "Sorry, end of workday, must go now." CLICK!

I was thinking it would be good to only shut down the filtration pumps for feeding and let the in tank power heads run to keep the food churned up, rather than settling on the bottom.

Just my experience after having a wp40 for a couple months...
I like it, it does the job, not too loud, much nicer price than that sad excuse for a product called the mp40..

And after all this time, I decided to buy a second for my 75g. I can indeed put them at opposite ends and blast them on full (even though I have the dimmer switch to control power level) in wave 1, and it's pretty nice, not too much, but my sps are lovin it.

I stop my sump pump (filtration) and WP40 and even my Ocean Motion closed loop for 15-20 minutes and then fire up the CL for 10 and then everything goes back to normal after that. But I don't have much 'bottom' in my tank. The corals are pretty much wall to wall with only a little LR showing and a small strip of sand along the front glass. And the light weight food the corals tend to want stay in motion just because of all the fish feeding frenzy!

finally got my jebo wp 40 installed in my 120 gallon.
After removing the koralia magnum 3200gph I have to say the flow is nothing compared.
I think it is perfect amount of flow in my tank and I am glad I don't have to order a variable power supply. I currently have it on else mode as I feel this is the best one for my tank.
I turned off my tunze wavebox as alot of my soft corals where closing up too much with the wavebox on. IN a sps tank a wavebox and wp 40 would be ideal for the flow

How well does the magnet from the WP40 work on 1" acrylic?

THX

I don't recall anyone trying it in 1". The thickest I know is 3/4" and they said it was fine.
The magnet is pretty strong, it might be OK on 1".

The impellers broken. Sucks

Did you get it from FS?
They have a warranty on it, I think 6 months.
If you got it from a group buy contact who organized the buy and see what they can do.
