anyone tried to using Jebo WP40?

Does anyone know of a more reasonably priced PWM other that what is on ebay? That price for the board is a bit high.

If you can find one with a similar 0-10v analog input connection, lots of people would be interested. That one seems to be the only one tested that works so far.

Once you start adding the wifi module, dimming module for leds, probes, etc etc it ends up costing the same.

I'm in a tough spot, because since I already have an apex and an ATO made for it, I would have needed a significant reason to change over to a RA. Once multiple modes are programmed from these pumps, with control in switching between the modes, I may have that reason.

I'm hoping more Apex peoples can start making some profiles I can use. Most of the Tunze profiles out there don't seem to take advantage of what this pump can do.

X2 Im into my RK for about the same & to switch would be a decent chunk of change.

What does it mean by 0-10V constant voltage? Don't you want variable voltage between 0-10V to control the pump?

$20 shipping for a $6 controller, ouch!

Well for 2, the shipping is still $20. The one off ebay (x2) would have cost the same as what I paid for 1 pump.

If its constant voltage, it will be provided a 24v output up to 8A worth (plenty), and adjusted via the 0-10v port. This is if it even works in this setup, but it looks like it can. It won't fit in the original controller box though (but the other doesnt really fit either). Would be the cheapest way to go if it does.

It's a little too late for me, but I ordered two to try.

LOL, thought you weren't buying anything else for these. :D

I am asking the seller about the 3 channel one to make sure.

I guess Im a little lost. Doesn't the Ebay PWM take a 0-10 volt signal voltage from the Apex, and then convert it to 12-24vdc voltage that is sent directly to the pump, bypassing the factory control board in the WP40?

How exactly does the PWM driver from ebay interface/control the WP40?

The 0-10V controls the speed at which the pump spins, like the variable voltage supply, except the Apex controls this. You can run variable speeds throughout the day with the PWM.

Jebo

Jebo

Did I see someone say that these are made by the Company Jebo? If so, I made a mistake and bought a skimmer from them that was complete crap in 2003.( It was my first Marine tank) But I continued to use the pump for years after and I still have it on the shelf. I am definitely interested in this new product.

What is confusing to me is the following $41 PWM works with either a pot or 0-10v

But the eBay one below with a pot for $10 doesn't work. Can you just supply 0-10v to the connectors where the pot is connected to?

Tried it multiple ways, didn't work. The dimmer is most likely not analog on the cheap eBay ones. Having a pot doesn't mean its automatically using 0-10v analog.
