Wp10's are also coming out....
The WP40 is more of a comparison to the MP60 than the MP40.
Wp40 with diy apex interface with backup.
Just put my new WP-40 on a 150 gal (60x24x24) tank and wow... once dialed in, it can make such a big wave that I'm afraid to walk away from it, lol!

Here is the pic. The old controller is there for scale, it is not being used. Total project cost about $60

That's quite impressive. I have been looking thru this thread a bit but honestly I think that I get a touch of ADD and start jumping around a bit. On fishstreet, they're showing the WP40 and a 12 mode controller but I see where people are putting dimmers on it also. Is this because they have the older style controller?
I have the same size tank as yours but only with 1 overflow. In the video, are you only using the WP40?
Also why do some people use a 24 volt power supply? (I may not have been patient enough in my reading to find this out)
Thanks in advance for any advice or help anyone can offer.
