I took it upon myself to get the replacement sps (replacement meaning items that died or were severe in damage) since the longer we wait the more of a probability it never happens. Plus $500 to be honest is nothing based in the volume he deals with anyways. I think two members spent that amount last group sale they had we went on. The corals arrived today and are on a rack as we speak. Shipping was not free FYI and I had to add to my order. I only asked for 5 cause i don't count faded corals only items that have died the day of or reported dead the following day. For bit marks individuals have to dip, we don't stress that enough. I got flatworms from someone's frag but that's my fault for not dipping (used to have frag tank not the new tank). I will post pics of what was received on a new thread and individuals can come to grab them.

I didnt mean to come off as a douche if I did =). I know it must have been an undertaking to organize and purchase all that. I know mine was in horrible shape and honestly still is but it's all good I was more leaning towards the club as a whole getting the short end for the cost vs quality regardless of the volume the place goes thru. I managed to save about 1/3 of mine and it will Def turn around but If I paid for the frag I got I would be really upset fwiw.

I'm appreciative of the effort on the clubs part so I hope it's not coming off like I'm not =).

LOL No I didn't take that way at all. I was just hoping individuals didn't think or assume we were going to get another 30 for free. For what its worth we paid $400 shipped for 60 frags but we added a bonus pack to add an assortment to the swap to make it $500. I could understand if we paid $15 per frag then I'd be more than willing to make a case but we didnt. Glad that shortcake made it.

There seems to be some color on the encrusting base. Unfortunately it's in a hard to photograph position.

I'll post a pic when I post the grow out pic but mines it starting to color up...it's a bluish green color with purple polyps

Yours looks like it is adjusting very well.

I'll try to put up a pic of mine today. It's not dying.
 
Thought I'd bump this since I snapped some pics last night.. Not much but the SC is starting to show its colors finally lol..
 
Well spoke too soon that clown you see under the coral and the eggs on the rock decided for some reason that it didn't like the SC and was attacking it. I caught the tail end of it all tips gone and this morning all the flesh was gone. Guess I moved it too late..

For those that want spawning clowns beware they are Jerks lol..
 
I was just thinking about this thread yesterday.

Glad to see yours is doing well.

I'll have to get a pic of mine later. It went from bad to ok to bad and now it's just there. Not dead but not doing much.
 

So it has almost been 1 year and my aqua sd frag is still alive thought I was gonna lose it in the move turned very pale. Switched up my bulb combo 3 weeks ago and this is now what it looks like
