No, I once had a bookend of LTA on one side of my 180g and a sebae/Crispa on the other, my maroon went back and forth, and when I had a BTA specific my picasso's went into all of them.
Of course not all will act or do exactly the same.
I think the answer is, 'it depends'. I had a BTA in my tank some years ago that my clowns reluctantly accepted as a host. When I subsequently added a magnifica (their natural host anemone) they couldn't have ditched the BTA any faster.

I have several rbtas in my tank that the clowns would go from one to another. Two years later I add a H.mag and they have not left it since, even when a rbta moves close to the Mag.
I have a mag and gigantea in the same tank -- it's almost cruel to the pair of percs that are in the tank -- they move back and forth between the nems like they can't make up their mind.
