ATI Powermodule Hybrid Club

Not sure. I know it's the slowest there is available. I live on a dirt road in the middle of nowhere Ohio with a 6/10 of a mile driveway lol

Haha trust me I would love to be your neighbor the only problem is my wife she don't want to move from NY...
Anyway 2.0 should be fine, did you get any message about missing driver? You can download settings from the fixture but can't upload correct?

Yes. That's what I was told before but I have been trying different things for hours and I can't figure it out. Right now I'm downloading the software again and saving it to another file. I don't know what else to do. I'm so frustrated with it

I just helped a member with this exact issue and we had it resolved pretty quickly.

I'm truly not placing any blame as I fell victim to this as well but I think the fixture is extremely easy to mess up at the very beginning when we get too excited. The fixture finally arrives and we get all giddy like it's Christmas morning and we're 9 again. We all open it so quick and immediately start reading the instructions. We plug it in, fire it up and start screwing around with everything the fixture can do.

In this brief moment, we accidentally and unknowingly change a setting on the box. Now problems arise and we can't figure it out.

I'm not blaming anyone so please don't take this the wrong way. It's just an observation I've made after helping a few people in the exact same predicament, myself included.

Ryan, what setting is "Number spot" and what is "3"?

Cool, thanks.

That's just a way to make sure the controller is properly setup.

I have no idea what the fan setting is or how it works. I highly recommend not touching that unless ATI specifically tells us to for some reason.

Yes, of course. My unit it working properly, only thing I would ever change is the light profile/program. Not going to mess with anything else. :D

Do they make some kind of clip or something to hold the plexiglass shield up so it's not sagging or is it a DIY kind of thing?

It should have come with a clip on the 8 bulb units if I remember correctly. Contact ATI North America and have them send you one.

I'm on board. I got my new light this weekend. Very pleased with it so far. It's going to look great on the new build.

Hey Molly May - Glad your enjoying the new light - but it would look a hell of a lot better if you put some water in the tank.

Yeah I just can't find anywhere that it says and I've looked everywhere. I have mine at 10" now but everything I find says t5's should be around 7" off the water but this isn't any old aquatic life fixture either. I have an apogee par meter so I was trying to tune it in so it's perfect

I also have the 8 bulb and 3 led fixture over a 90 so light spills out but I am planning ahead for an upgrade. That might not happen for a year though I am just trying to get all the equipment first so for now this is where it's staying. Even though it's a lot if light for a 90

I keep mine about 8in. of the water level to keep light spillage to minimum, but because my tank is shallow ( 16 in. water level), I run my leds at 50% and T5's at 60% right now. PAR is still about 700 at top and 300 on sand. I bleached out few corals coming from 400W MH system before I got hold of PAR meter. This is one powerful light fixture.
