ATI Powermodule Hybrid Club

But all the sirens was a bit distracting!

I live in Central London. Right in the heart of the city, right on top of a major roundabout...hence even around 3am when I did the recording there was the sound of Police car or Ambulance I'm not sure. :headwallblue:

Kinda reminded me of when i was city living, before the kids came along. I miss the sounds really :D

Been following the thread for a bit now love my new eight bulb 24"! Just changed my bulb combo wanted to share

Love the color need to add some more blue with the led but I will need to get the cpu out later.

One of my dislikes is the need to do changes only by cpu. When I take pics it was easy to flip a switch and cut the reefbrite off my old light now not so easy. Wish they made a wireless module and an app to quickly cut off and on certain bulbs and leds. ..

I do not use a cpu, tablet only so I have to pry the laptop away from wife and kids.....

Also am I the only one that has a hard time getting the bulbs out? Maybe it is my fat Fred Flintstone fingers I don't know but I have to use plyers to turn the bulbs. Even once I get them turned it is a struggle to get them out....

The tank looks great! I love the extra space you have there. I saw a buddies large cube tank last week and it looked awesome.

I love that T5 combo, looks like a crisp white 20K - rather like the Radium! In the past few days I tried a couple of Actinics, and whilst they popped certain colours, I didnt like the overall look...So I am back to that same combo you are using.

As for the removing the T5 tubes, I MUCH preferred the endcaps on the Sunpower which only requires an easy twist...on this unit you do need small fingers to grip the T5 tubes quite strongly and twist the tube. At first I found it quite difficult...but now its not too bad as I got the hang of it. If your fingers are even a little sweaty...forget taking the tubes off!

With regards to controlling the unit without a PC; yeah its something I hope ATI come up with because it is very difficult. What I do is make a quick change to the TIME on the CONTROLLER to 2.30pm, since this is the time when the white LED's are set at the highest output and so makes photographing a whole lot easier.

A Wifi device that sits on the controller allowing control via Iphone would be so convenient!

Thanks Sahin!!
That's the video that help me figure out the fixture
You do have to play with the settings for a while

Glad it helped! :) Once you've played around with the software, you realise how simple and easy it is actually.

If anyone needs help with the software PM me. A few people have, and I've created stuff like Red sunrise starting at one end and progressing through to the other end. I've also added in cloud sweeps etc.

How did you add cloud sweeps to the 24" PM?

Not for myself, but for others with more than 1 cluster. A few people PM'd me with requests to make them light profiles etc with clouds and so on.

The new version of the updated software makes it easy to share/create/customise other peoples profiles regardless of how many LED clusters they have.

Sorry I didnt make that clear.

I did have an actinic on the far front and far back tube didn't like it either the color wasn't for me. I like my tanks a little on the bluer side I know a lot of people don't but hey what can I say ;) so I need to figure out a plan to add the blue with the leds for a brief period maybe towards the end of the cycle in the evening.

You will need to have the blue+ on either channel 1 or channel 2. 3xBlue+, 1xPurple+ and the Royal Blue look amazing as well. Kind of like the old VHO Actinics.

Changed bulb combo slightly, liking the new way
