Received mine and installed yesterday. First impressions are WOW !

Here's a quick pic, apologies for the quality.

One question, I was playing with the light settings tonight and my clock seems to have gained about 10 minutes. HAs anyoen else seen any issues with the clock, I've installed the latest firmware.

Hmmm...I'm always messing around with the time...ie to switch on lights to work on tank during odd hours etc and never noticed the clock change more than a minute...it will change a minute or so because every time you change the time, the seconds revert to 00...

It could be you messed with the clock times MANY times over to cause the seconds to drop to 00 every single time causing a cumulative effect whereby you lost 10 minutes.

Easy way to test is not mess with the clock for a day and see if it gains/losses minutes...I bet it will be fine.

I have 95% SPS with folloving tubes:
front:

G Azure ( trying a new G bulb)

C+
LED running at 60% with setting at C+ and AB
KZ FP
B+
C+
B+

i was thinking to swap FP to midday for better growth?

Your thoughts guys...

MSHUR I am but it's only been 2 weeks so I can't help you with the growth aspects lol
But I like the look so far. I was contemplating switching one or both of the P+ to coral+

My current bulbs
B+
P+

6500k GE
LED 30%
AB special
B+
P+
B+


Ps I run my LEDs

Blue 80-100%
Royal Blue 80-100%
White 40-50%
Red Max 20%

I was running 2x FP before and found too reddish to my taste.. Right now only one in works

How do you like AB bulb?

Looks pretty much 14-20K. Since I am using 2 AquaBlueSpecials which are 12K tubes and 1 Coral+ I felt it was plenty white light. If I wasnt using the ABS tubes, I would have probably used 4 Coral+ tubes.

I am also running the white at 60%, RBlue at 100% and Blue at 15%, hence there is plenty of white light...so its not quite a "Blue LPS" tank kind of look.

I dont like using the Blue channel too much because of the look. I prefer the RBlue tone.

That is definitely OK for an SPS system.

A while ago ATI recommended the following for an SPS system:

4xBlue+, 3xCoral+, 1xPurple+

Agree, this is definitely a safe combo for SPS . But my tank is 72x36x24 and i feel like i need more light to cover front to back. Maybe its just me)
I wish ATI would make wider unit for wider tanks
Like 2 LEDs rows with 5 T5s))

You may need to contact your retailer/distributor or even the ATI office in your country.

Bought my light online overseas, we do not have distributor here locally. Tried to email ati directly get no reponse.
