ATI Powermodule Hybrid Club

My combo is

ATI Blue +
ATI Ac
ATI AquaBlue Special
ATI Blue +
LED
ATI Purple+
ATI Coral +
ATI Ac
ATI Blue +

Ramp up Led's 35%

I have a 30" wide tank so I also have 2 reefbrites one on each side that I use at dawn and dusk.

Ac is Actinic? I'm looking at the Par of my current lights, and the PAR of this fixture, Looks like my current lights have more PAR, but have less spread.

And my LEDs are at 100%, so maybe I don't have to worry about dimming them on the Powermodule very much?

Can you post a picture of the Reef Brites and how you attached them to the LED Powermodule? I want to do the same but did not know how to affix them to the fixture.

I hung them from the ceiling with AquaIllumination Single Module Hanging Kit

I'm looking at Aquacave vs Premium Aquatics for Ordering my Lights? Any other good places?

Also Aquacave shows the specs as having a Violet LED Channel but Premium Aquatics does not nor does the ATI website. Are there different models?

Yes Ac is Actinic.

I think you will have to dim them, they are powerful but it also depends how high you hang them, mine are 8.5 off the surface and at 35%.
That is good for me I depend on the T5,s not the supplemental LED's

Ether way check your par when you hang your light and adjust ;)

Sounds like a plan! Thanks!

I would like to hear some details on how high some of you run your lights off the surface. I run my light 16 inches off the waters surface my tank is 24" deep 36"w by 72"l I have an 8 bulb fixture, my tank is mostly lps and just getting into sps. 6 inches off the water I have 400 par and at the sand bed I have 250 par.
Do you think it's hard to do a mixed reef with this light since it's so powerful I feel like 250 par is allot for most Lps and mushrooms or am I overthinking this?

I run mine 10 inches above water and have a mixed reef though it's SPS dominated. Everything looks fine. However got to keep most LPS really low. Then also my tank is 27" tall.

Most importantly i forgot to mention in my post, my fixture is the 60" so i cant dim my t5's thats the reason i have it so high. Do you have a dimmable model?

According to Aquacave.com the new Powermodules come with the LED cluster that is on the new Serius Fixture from ATI.

Can anyone confirm who recently purchased this fixture. Still waiting to hear back from ATI North America

Every other site I can find says otherwise, including the ATI site and the Program. Not sure how they'd mix that up.

Just purchase this light and Wow is an understatement...how do I check for what brand led it is? Anyways this fixture is in a whole another class...thx all for the convince...couldn't be happier...

Received my 48"x8t5s fixture and one of the t5 fan doesn't work. I call for help and they sent me a video to change the fan setting to 235. That fixed the fan problem but now all the LED cluster stop working. I've try to put it in Demo mode but the fixture doesn't respond. All the t5 channel are working properly, anyone experienced this issue?

I hope for you that you get your lamp quickly! Here with us it will take up to several weeks until the lamps are supplied.
