1st off- I just said what someone else won't ever admit. The reference there, was not directed at anyone but the person who picked up on it.
2nd- the reference to "Jedi", has nothing to do with the Ocean Connection or it's website.
I referenced Jedi's/Sith's (jokingly, lol) briefly in the post as a fantasy comparitive to the way some people "on here" think or treat others on here when it comes to all their "experience":
Agressively often, with the snide, sarcastic, or other elitest type commentary, which the replyer/poster (yourself) keeps carrying on almost argumentatively with "nubies" as you put it or others that are not "falling in line" with your opinion.
Something that a good hearted person would not do "when trying to help".
You may not agree, but it's all in the "delivery", and often yours is not all that nice of a way to go about doing it. Even when your advice could be positive. Maybe you should be copied from now on, on the commentary left to some "newcomers to you" on this site. Thank god your not a diplomat reying on your personal communication skills with "people".

Again, if Stephen(Jedi Stephen) who's not involved with this conversation at all, ever reads this- I want to make it clear for everyone that "jedi" in the post had nothing to do with him. Stephen is a great guy and I've worked with him before. I sold him some things that he is using in his shop the OC. (Including the frag "Chest" tank).
It's not my fault if Gary in his haste to reply back on a negative level again,
has the OC mixed up in this at all. I have not even browsed the OC website at all before.
As far as who I am. I've stated enough in my brief "details". The rest is private as well as my choice who I may disclose it to. I was briefly in the public spotlight at one point. My real name is Rich. I used to go by "Ricky" back then. I am a hobbyist, like many other people on here.

My apologies to Aww_420 since this got out of hand apparently. I am skeptical still of FLLR myself, however I was just trying to defend his(Aww's) position in this case. I felt he had a right to share his experience without being "bashed" as Roc has said.
Gary: you will say he wasn't being.. But you should really check your "Delivery of Commentary" within some of your post replys to people. Laughing(which you don't like) as well as the wording which comes accross as inflamatory to some people. 'An it's done on purpose, so don't bother saying it's not. Truly wise people don't have to slam it down others throats, and use wise crack comments. Regardless how many good corals you provide to fellow hobbyists and how well liked you are. You still make yourself come accross and appear like a %&^! at times.
So personal attacks= GOODBYE....
But somehow I don't think this will be the last time Mr. GM makes a comment that irritates some people. Sorry about that guys... :sad1:
