Mocked up the return plumbing tonight for the RD3 230. The pipe will get a color change. Need a few things to finish.

Ill take the slack out and make it straight across when the pipe gets glued. Off to Paragon Plastics for some 1.5" clear pvc for the two emergency drains.

Hmm they looked ok on my end... didnt realize. Ill try a different site. What are you using?

I was using postimage.org and it was easy... but the quality sucks I guess haha
