"Best of" FO's (since we don't get TOTM's)

This is absolutely awesome... nicest fowlr I have seen. Period

Thank you! I wish the tank still looked like that lol! The regal angels ended up eating all of the caulerpa, and in its place the chaeto grew and grew and consumed the left third of the tank. For a while I thought it looked cool, but I've been cutting it back for more swimming room. I keep it isolated to the top corner on the left now. I need to work on getting it looking good again, but the fish at least are doing well.

how bout we get this thread into full swing again.

Nice looking tank, and nice fish - but there are murmurings of trouble brewing already that you might want to keep an eye on ..... the evidence of that little queen nipping at the blue face is quite clear..... that will continue, and worsen I'm afraid.

But for now - its a nice looking tank ;)

Its great this thread has been going so long - over 4 years! Thanks to all that contributed ;)

Pity really - the thread has outlived the aquarium that was "born" around about the same time as the thread :(

Ironically.....

Ironically.....

..... since I was the one that started the thread, I now have a mixed reef..... but its still very fish dominated, with regal and navarchus angels ..... if the corals get eaten ..... well you know what they say about eggs and omelettes :D

Update: Moved the two yellow longnoses to the reef. Lost one of the clowns, so I sold off the other one. Moved the anthias to my reef. The heniochus got HUGE, and somehow jumped, even with eggcrate on the tank, and ended up sitting on top of it :cunfused: I should have removed him earlier, since he grew so large... Obviously no more corals in there. The flame angel died one morning, extremely bloated. Not sure what happened to him, internally.
