Don't know what this guy was. He was in a stariwell of a parking garage across the street from me. It was dark and he seemed to be sleeping. Had to take the pic with a flash and manually focus because there was no light. Any thoughts???

From what I can see that would be a Coopers Hawk or a Sharp-shinned Hawk.

That's only one, but we've seen a flock of crows come and take a pigeon from a feeding hawk, and the hawk just go grab another. There are tons of pigeons here. It's drawing Coppers hawks and Merlins to the area. I'm guessing the pigeons have a couple years at best.
