Blue and purple Gig update

yes Dave, thanks to you, they are loving it. The blue one is really happy, will post pics tomorrow or sunday, it is as dark as the purple one and turning darker too. The green one is still quite bleach but recovering well, need to pick up the powerheads soon.

More and more reefers have multiple Gigantea. Soon somebody will have a male and female in the same system and there will be a spawn. I wonder how that will end? I hope we will get a bunch of sexually reproduced Gigantea. Wouldn't that be cool?

Do we have any reputable way to tell between male\female externally?

I am sure in the next year, we will be able to tell. Gary M stated that your can see eggs in the column of the female, but I am not 100% sure that the things that he and I seen are actually eggs.

Have anyone seen any spawning in home aquaria? it will be interesting to see Minh, maybe sitting on a gold mine he he.

I've seen things inside my bles column. Looks like whitish agrees on the inside. Or so it seems. I however do not see them in the green gig. I'll look harder in the morning.
