Bonsai Tree inspired Aquascape

hello Crazy4acros,

Your tank is one of the most creative aquascaping ideas iv seen...its amazing your thought and vision and it really shows and ur tank has matured into one great unit...

I am currently doing my DIY build and finished my aquascaping....iv gone for the open shallow lagoon kind of look for my aquascape..with a "tripod" rock scape at the middle , on which im planning to get a whorl of SPS corals to grow out...

Your tank has been an inspiration....

It would be great if you culd visist my build thread (its just started) and give ur suggestions and tips :lol2:

Guys I am very proud to see how my aquascape has inspired these great tanks from all over the world together we have revolutionized how aquascaping is done today less is more! Thank you all for the comments and compliments!

Geeeez. All of the nice acros live on the east side of the valley, eh?? lol I've heard tales of your amazing tanks, gentlemen.... ( kataro, crazy4)
 
Just starting up again and after discussing my aquascaping idea's with LFS owner recommended to this thread. Have to say mate if you keep practicing you may just get it sorted!!!
Joking aside totally awesome, and an inspiration for my new 58 x 34 x 24 tank.
 
I am considering the same dimensions as your tank except for about 4" shorter height. Are you happy with these dimensions still? I am actually downgrading the size of my reef so I am concerned that I will be unhappy. I am pretty sure the wife will kill me in my sleep if I make another change. Thanks.
 
Freaking awesome, your tank is amazing (just sign in for this forum) looking for some ideas and I think I might steal yours....... however it seems to be quite difficult to duplicate......

Surprised to see this thread still alive (barely:lmao:) I think your tank would look killer with the 4" shorter height. I wanted to keep a cube look and was worried i would lose that look if i went any shorter so i only went as low as 24". I think your dimensions would be perfect for a shallow reef scape.

Do you have any current FTS (full frontal shot) photos of your tank so I/We can see the whole tank?
And also a current pic of your equipment?
Have you changed any of the original equipment since the years have passed?
Any and all additional current photos are appreciated.
