Haha thanks guys. The tank is a 225g. The vlamingi is about 13 inches long. The trigger is about 6 inches long. Rock is a mix of Fiji and Marshall and tonga. I battled cyano for about 6 months. Everything is finally balancing out again. I only do 40g wc every 2 months. I was using d n d for two years now starting tropic Marin.

Do you change all 40g at once or every other week or so?

Miket just told me he changes 20g a month also. Trying to figure out if I do to many wc. Imma make a thread.

I do the 40g all at once every two months.
