St. Louis style can only be represented by Elicias pizza.
16" deluxe and 4 free sodas, they carry pepsi products.

If it is not Elicias, I like thick crust, or a medium like Stefaninos.

IMO's is over priced and skeet, I will eat it, but I wont buy.

I started and ENTIRE thread giving you credit for pointing out cusanelli's and you pull out Elicias??? I hope you're joking!

Imo's is bad, good, or great depending on the location. They have fantastic pizza if made right. Salad dressing is also a top 5, always behind Talayna's

I've personally been into some Neapolitan Style pizza lovin' lately. Some nice thick crusty 1/2 burnt rim with a thin middle with sauce, some fresh bufala mozzarella, basil, etc... (good luck finding around here though...If you do, let me know)

I love St. Louis, NY, Chicago, Neapolitan, etc...style. Not too many pizzas I don't care for.

Good luck finding what ?
That Cheese or Basil ?
Or that sytle of Pizza ?

Can't find a good Neapolitan Style pizza

Can't really find a good bufala mozzarella either. Some good ones at some of the the italian markets but not what they should be. That's not their fault though.

Give me an example of the cheese you want and I can produce it.

I just have to dig around in my belly button

Oh Justin try Lou Bacardis in Eureka.

or is it Joe Bacardis ?

Either way they have decent pizza.

I grew up in Washington, MO and have spent a ton of time in Eureka so I'm more than familiar with Joe Bacardi's. Pizza is good. However, unfortunately, I've met joe on numerous occasions and have been through their kitchens numerous times as well. It reminds me of the old Talayna's on skinker/pershing. It was truly gross. But to boot, joe is not a very nice person where mike talanya is. (and the pizza at talaynas is better)

I'm with you, though. Good pizza. not GREAT, but good.

As I said, there's not many pizzas I DON'T like but I bet we could find 25 or less pizzas in st. louis that are good.

Well, let's get some pies going. (I'm not eating) However, I have a few enemies who's houses I'll nominate for that one :D

You might have more cheese than we need though?

Gino's on Hampton has some damn good pizza too...problem is I usually get their entrees when I go there, but their pizza is tops.
