Captive Purity RO Unit

Hi, I purchased a Captive Purity 3 stage RO unit from marine depot 8 years ago. I'm starting the reef tank back up again and need to purchase all new filters and a RO membrane, but I don't know if I have the 35 gpd or 75 gpd model. I don't see it labeled anywhere on the product and can't remember what I bought. Can I figure it out by measuring the length of the membrane, are they different lengths? I can't find any contact info for captive purity anywhere. Thanks for the help,

Austin

The production rate of an RO system is determined by the flow restrictor and matching TFC membrane. The membrane may or may not be labeled with an accurate production rate, depending on the brand name.

When purchasing a new membrane, you can adjust the production rate to be whatever you would like by simply installing a new flow restrictor (+/- $3.00) and the corresponding membrane to match the new production rate.

You can therefore purchase a new membrane size of your choice and the corresponding flow restrictor. If you prefer, we can also take a look at your order history to see what you purchased in the past. Call 1-800-566-FISH (3474) and dial extension 667 to speak with a techie who will be aware of your situation.

Plus, if you bought your reverse osmosis system from us, you'll receive 15% off all your replacement sediment filters, carbon filters, DI cartridges and membranes for life.
