I've never tried ordering Rose Corals from Aquatouch in Phoenix, Arizona but they offer captive raised Manicina areolata cultured from larva so no wild coral colonies collected.

I think you are misreading that. These are collected from the wild, but from a harvest plot where rock has been dropped to become live rock.

These corals are naturally settled larvae that are grown on aquaculture substrate and are typically 1 year old by the time they are sold
