Long vacation, then Covid, now starting to ramp up again. Plumber coming next Saturday to move the water heater & plumb the slop sink. Scrapped the 80/20 light bar, will suspend an RMS light bar with 3 Radions & 2 Kessil for the shimmer. Slab floor/wall pieces in the works. Hoping to plumb the tank in the next 45 days or so then time to get it wet!

Until, I got two bad buckets (super low Alk, super high calcium) from two separate batch numbers in a row. Been using IO for a while now/Remember when salt came in buckets?Long vacation, then Covid, now starting to ramp up again. Plumber coming next Saturday to move the water heater & plumb the slop sink. Im doing research on which brand tank system to buy and saw your post about Red Sea. Can you recommend another brand that is of better quality?I just saw a post and a picture of a reefer 250 fail today. This is not just a few tanks its a ton. The company tried to bury it and was deleting post and used another social media site to try and silence people. I would not support this company ever. All this loss of livestock. People floors ruined.
They deserve to go out of business. I would trust this company zero percent with any of my tanks.
If they would have fessed up and recalled the tanks I would be ok but to still deny their is a issue.

I been researching on Cade systems and like the Frag 900/f don't mind the extra cost as long it doesn't have a reputation like Red Sea. I live in an apartment complex and can't chance on questionable stands and tanks. My 22-year-old 80-gallon acrylic tank just got broken down and I plan to spend the next six months saving and preparing for the Cade.I'm curious too. I'm still interested in a tank upgrade this fall/winter. I don't wan to run anything bigger than my 40g that I have now, but would love the integrated sump/fuge.
